Nowadays, Adolescents sexual behavior in Indonesia is worried, including in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The aim of this study was to determine the model of premarital sexual initiation in Pontianak study in adolescents junior and senior high school. The method used quantitative research with cross sectional approach and proportional random sampling. The total number of samples in this study were junior and senior high school students in 6 districts Pontianak. Psychological control Adolescents who perceived high level of parental monitoring tend to have not permissive subjective norm and attitude toward premarital sex, and not conduct premarital sex initiation.
